This Mango and Blood Orange Smoothie is sweet, healthy and satisfying. I love mango, and blood orange pairs so well – with a dash of lime for an extra zing! This smoothie is simply delicious!
I personally love smoothies as a meal replacement or snack. Great for when I am feeling hungry but not starving and want something satisfying and a little filling.

This Mango and Blood Orange Smoothie gives you 2 of your 5 a day and a mega vitamin C hit – which is exactly what we should all be ensuring we get at the moment! Vitamin C is vital for your nutrition and to strengthen your immune system.
You will need a good blender for any smoothie recipe to ensure a smooth consistency. My current blender is the Nutri Ninja Blender System. I highly recommend this blender if you want something multi functional, reliable and budget friendly. I bought mine 3 years ago, when I moved into my flat and finally upgraded my ancient Kenwood blender! The blender is great and I am super happy with it and all its various uses and will probably use it until I can afford my very own Thermomix 😛
