What Is Eat with Chilli & Life?

Eat with Chilli & Life is the in-person experience side of the Chilli & Life brand.
CANDL stands for Chilli And Life, and represents everything we create offline — real food, real connection, real moments.

We design and host a range of immersive culinary experiences.

Our mission is simple: to offer food lovers unique, exciting and memorable experiences — the kind that stay with you long after the last bite.

Who We Are

We’re a small, two-person team — a husband and wife duo who care deeply about food, wine and sharing it with others. Keeping our team intentionally small allows us to create intimate, high-quality and personal experiences for every guest.

Jacinta

Jacinta is an originally self-taught now french trained chef born and raised in London, with English, Nigerian and Welsh heritage. After leaving her legal career, she moved to France to pursue her passion for cooking and storytelling. She is now a recipe developer, writer, private chef and event planner.

Pierre

Pierre is an artisan and former London sommelier with over four years of hospitality experience. He trained at Park Chinois, specialising in French wine, and holds a WSET Level 3 certification from Berry Bros. & Rudd in London. With a broad professional background and a love for both food and wine, he brings depth, knowledge and charm to every event.

We currently offer the following services:

Private Dining/Chef a domicile;
Cuisine Secrète – Supper Clubs;
Wine Tastings; and
Retreats – coming soon.

We are based in Les Landes, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, and proudly collaborate with fellow food lovers and local businesses to bring our experiences to life. From restaurateurs and chefs to châteaux, farmers, artisanal producers, fitness professionals and more, our network helps us craft events that are authentic, local and memorable.
