Our Wine tasting events are hosted from April though to October when the weather in the region is sunny and the gardens are inviting! We host tastings for groups of up to 30 with optional tapas pairing.

The tastings are hosted in different venues in the beautiful Nouvelle Aquitaine region but mostly Landes, Gironde and Pyrenee Atlantique! Our venues are usually; Chateaux, hotels, bars, restaurants and private homes.

The tastings are led by Pierre-Antoine Collet; a London trained sommelier. Pierre spent 3 years working at prestigious restaurant Park Chinois in London as a sommelier specialising in French wine. He gained his WSET level 3 certification from the renowned Berry Bros in Mayfair, London. Pierre is a true wine lover with the credentials to match.

Wine tastings are available in both French and English. Please check the event carefully before booking to know if it is in English or French.

What is Included?

We offer 1, 2 and 3 hour tastings. All tastings are led by Pierre who is available for all your questions in english and french.

1 hour tastings are all about the wine. The hour includes the tasting of 3 wines. 1 red, white and rose wine.

2 hour tastings include the tasting of 5 wines, a tapas pairing made, served and explained by Jacinta and a 30 minute wine session by Pierre to teach you the specifics of a particular wine.

Our 3 hour tastings are about wine, food and learning. During the tasting you will try 6 wines. There will also be a tapas pairing with each glass and Pierre will lead an informative session on how to pair wine and food.

Upcoming Wine Tastings

Saturday, 20 May 2023 – 7pm

Join us for a relaxed, fun and informative wine tasting with delicious tapas pairing in a lovely café in Saint Sever. The evening is open and suitable for anyone from beginner to enthusiast.

The tasting will include a selection of 3 French wines and 3 international wines, paired with delicious tapas style food. You will learn about wine and have a fun evening at the same time. The wine tasting is presented by a WSET qualified sommelier.

The tasting will take place at the popular Cafe La La Landes in Saint-Sever.

The evening will be educational, but presented in an informal, fun and humorous style.

This event is in French but Pierre and I will be on hand to answer any questions in English if needed.

Tickets are €50 per person and the event is from 7pm-11pm
