About Our Wine Tasting Events
Our wine tasting events run from April to October, when the weather is warm, the gardens are in full bloom and the region is at its most inviting. We welcome groups of up to 30 guests, with the option to add a delicious tapas pairing to enhance your experience.
We host tastings across the beautiful Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, primarily in the Landes, Gironde, Gers and Pyrénées-Atlantiques. Venues vary depending on the event and may include charming châteaux, boutique hotels, wine bars, restaurants and private homes.
Meet Your Sommelier
All tastings are led by Pierre-Antoine Collet, a London-trained sommelier with deep expertise in French wine. Pierre spent three years at the prestigious Park Chinois in London, specialising in French varietals and regions. He holds a WSET Level 3 certification from the renowned Berry Bros. & Rudd in Mayfair.
A true wine enthusiast with a passion for sharing his knowledge, Pierre brings both professionalism and warmth to every tasting.

Wine tastings are available in French and English. Please check each event listing before booking to confirm the language of the session.

What is Included?
We offer 1, 2 and 3-hour wine tastings, each designed to suit different levels of curiosity and enjoyment. All tastings are led by Pierre, your bilingual wine guide, who is available for all your questions in English and French.
1-Hour Tasting — A Guided Introduction
Perfect for beginners or those short on time, this tasting focuses purely on the wine.
You’ll enjoy three carefully selected wines — one red, one white and one rosé — while Pierre guides you through tasting notes, aromas and regional characteristics.
2-Hour Tasting — Wine & Tapas Experience
A deeper dive into wine, paired with a gourmet touch.
This tasting includes:
- Five wines, selected to complement the season;
- A homemade tapas pairing created, served and explained by chef Jacinta;
- A 30-minute wine education session with Pierre, exploring the specifics of a chosen wine style or region.
Perfect for food lovers and those wanting to learn more.
3-Hour Tasting — The Full Wine, Food & Learning Experience
Our most complete experience.
Across the three hours you will enjoy:
- Six wines, chosen to highlight variety and terroir;
- Tapas pairings served with each glass, crafted to enhance your tasting;
- An in-depth session with Pierre on the art of wine and food pairing.
This is the ideal option for groups looking for a rich, immersive and educational tasting.
