Mango and Blood Orange Smoothie

This mango and blood orange smoothie is perfect when you need a sweet and refreshing pick me up!

- 1 cup frozen mango
- 150 ml blood orange juice about 4 squeezed
- 1 lime squeezed
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds optional sprinkle
Juice the oranges and lime and pour into smoothie blender cup. Now measure out 1 cup of mango or cut your fresh mango into chunks and add into the smoothie blender cup.
Fix blender cup in position and hit food puree and leave to finish cycle. Now pour into glass sprinkle with chia seeds and enjoy!
