Garlic Yogurt Sauce

Creamy garlic dip perfect for wraps, salads, wings, lamb and potatoes!

Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Chopping board
  • Sharp knife
  • whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g plain yogurt about 2 cups
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 juice of one lime/lemon
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley 
  • ¼ cup chopped chives 
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • pinch black pepper
  • pinch white pepper 
  • pinch salt 

Instructions
 

  • Wash and finely chop the fresh herbs and add to a bowl. Mince the garlic into the same bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and runny. 
  • Keep in a cold fridge for up to 4 days. 

Notes

This garlic yogurt dip is amazing it works well with so many things. Chicken lamb potatoes wraps!
